Charles Chong
Hello, my name is Charles Chong, and I am the Head Executive Chef and owner of
Catering by Charlie and Associates. I’m proud to be a member in good standing of both the Chef de Cuisine
Association of California and The American Culinary Federation for the past sixteen years. I specialize
in various forms of catering and my culinary "creations" are well known. These "creations" include menus, special
sauces, a wide variety of Hors D'oeuvres platters, and exotic BBQ dishes. Crowning these creations
are my famous custom hand carved pieces. People have applauded my exquisite service and professionalism for many
years. I and extremely conscientious and take pride in the entrees I prepare, my specialty side dishes and
the custom vegetable sculpture table decorations that are so popular. My hard work and dedication and the excellence
of our food preparations place Catering by Charlie and Associates far above the competition.
